As a graduate of CSNN's Natural Nutrition program, Stefanie earned her RHN designation in December of 2021. Stefanie's interest in nutrition began in 2012 during her experience with infertility. Since then, her passion has only intensified as she continues to immerse herself in the field of holistic nutrition. Primarily focusing on the mind-body connection, and the role a holistic lifestyle plays in mental health, Stefanie is excited to share her knowledge and help others achieve optimal health by providing the body exactly what it needs to thrive.
